If you are driving to Fiera Milano Rho for EICMA, Artigiano in Fiera, the Salone del Mobile or a trade show, the questions are always the same: where do I park, how much will it cost and how far will I walk? Here is what you need to know, plus a tip for anyone staying several days.
The official exhibition car parks
There are more than 10,000 parking spaces around the Rho exhibition centre, split between open-air car parks (P1 to P5) and two multi-storey car parks (PM1 and PM2).
- West Gate (Porta Ovest): P1, P5, PM1 and PM2. This side has the most spaces and is handy if you arrive from the motorway or ring road.
- East Gate (Porta Est): P4.
Indicative car prices are €14 for up to 4 hours and €20 from 4 to 24 hours. The gates accept Telepass, cards and cash. For some events parking can be booked online, with cancellation up to 24 hours before. Prices and opening times may change depending on the event, so always check the official fair page before you set off.
Practical tips
- On peak days (EICMA weekends, Saturday at the Salone del Mobile, the early-December holiday for Artigiano in Fiera) the closest car parks fill up early: arriving by 9 am makes a difference.
- Write down the area and row number. At the end of the day, with thousands of cars leaving, finding yours is the first endurance test.
- Queues towards the motorway are normal between 5 and 7 pm: dinner nearby or leaving a little later often saves time.
Staying several days? Parking is included at the residence
If you are exhibiting or visiting for several days, paying for parking every day (and queuing every morning) adds up. At CHS Milano Residence, Via Caltagirone 10 in Milan Bruzzano, your car stays in our indoor parking: a private fenced courtyard with an automatic gate, underground garages and a lift straight up to the apartments. Ideal for unloading samples and stand materials too.
We are a few minutes from the Tangenziale Nord ring road, and from there the Fiera Milano Rho area is about 20–25 minutes away in normal traffic. Alternatively, the metro and trains run straight to Rho Fieramilano (see our guide on how to get to Fiera Milano Rho).
