Before a fair opens to the public there are days of work nobody sees: stand builders, carpenters, electricians, fitters and technicians who build the stands and then take them down. These crews come from all over Italy and abroad, work long hours and need somewhere to sleep exactly when hotels near Rho are at their most expensive.
What a work crew really needs
- Prices that don’t explode during fairs. For companies we apply flat rates even in high season.
- Apartments, not single rooms. Several people in the same apartment, with a kitchen for early breakfasts and quick dinners.
- A safe place for cars and vans. Our indoor parking is a fenced private courtyard with an automatic gate and underground garages. If you travel with a van, tell us its size in advance and we will check the right space.
- Flexible times. Check-in and check-out to be agreed, even at the end of a build-up.
- Cleaning and laundry on request, useful for crews staying through build-up, fair and dismantling.
Not only fairs
The same applies to technicians and workers on building sites, installations and maintenance jobs in north Milan: crews staying a few weeks who need a practical base close to the ring road.
Tangenziale Nord and 20–25 minutes to the fair
CHS Milano Residence is at Via Caltagirone 10, Milan Bruzzano, a few minutes from the Tangenziale Nord ring road: from here the Fiera Milano Rho area is about 20–25 minutes away in normal traffic, avoiding the city centre. One-bedroom apartments and open-plan studios of 40–45 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, for stays of a few days or several weeks.
