The Rho exhibition centre is one of the largest in Europe and also one of the best connected. Here is how to get there by public transport, by car and from the airports, and which option suits you best depending on where you stay.
By metro: M1 to Rho Fieramilano
The red M1 line ends right at Rho Fieramilano, a short walk from the fair gates. From Duomo, Cadorna or Lotto there is no need to change. Note that the M1 splits into two branches, so take the train heading to Rho Fieramilano, not Bisceglie. Your ticket must cover zones Mi1–Mi3; contactless cards and the ATM app also work.
By train
Rho Fiera station is served by suburban lines S5 and S6, by the S11 (on weekdays) and by some regional trains. During major fairs some long-distance trains also stop here: check the operator’s website. Timetables change with the winter timetable in December.
By car
The exhibition district lies between the A4 Milan–Turin motorway, the A8 Laghi motorway and the ring road system. Exits are clearly signposted “Fieramilano”. The official car parks have more than 10,000 spaces: prices and tips are in our Fiera Milano Rho parking guide.
From the airports
- Malpensa: Malpensa Express to Cadorna (about 30 minutes), then M1 to Rho Fieramilano.
- Linate: M4 to San Babila, then M1 to the Rho Fieramilano terminus.
- Bergamo Orio al Serio: bus to Milano Centrale, then M2 to Cadorna and M1 to Rho.
From our residence: ring road and indoor parking
CHS Milano Residence is at Via Caltagirone 10, in Milan Bruzzano, north of the city and a few minutes from the Tangenziale Nord ring road. By car you reach the fair area in about 20–25 minutes in normal traffic, avoiding the city centre. In the evening your car stays in our indoor parking: a private fenced courtyard with an automatic gate, underground garages and a lift up to the apartments.
One-bedroom apartments and open-plan studios of 40–45 m² with a fully equipped kitchen: a practical choice for exhibitors, stand teams and visitors staying several days.
